How can I cancel an account? - Resellers

You can cancel an account simply by logging into your Reseller Account and navigating as follows: Billing -> Upcoming Transactions.  You will then be able to locate the specific account you wish to cancel.  Simply check mark the action box with the applicable account and at the bottom hit 'Cancel Item'.  Please note this will immediately cancel your account and all associated items with this account, i.e. phone numbers, E911 subscriptions, etc.
