Can I receive calls to my toll free number from Canada?

By default, our Toll Free numbers do not have Canadian calling enabled.

To enable Canadian calling to your toll free number, you can enable this in vPanel, however if you are not able to receive calls after you have enabled it (after one week), please contact so that we can make sure it is setup properly. When the feature is enabled, it may take up to one week to be processed. If after a week has passed and you are still not able to receive calls, we may need to enable it manually. If in doubt, email and we will be happy to assist you.

As the calls are billed at a higher rate, they are not included with any packaged minutes.

All calls from Canada are billed per minute at 6.9 cents per minute.
