Speed dial (Custom outbound route)

To setup a speed dial, login to vPanel at

Click on Features, then Call Routes.

Put in the speed dial that you wish, such as 111 in the "Phone Number" field entry for the Outbound Route. Select the Call Route Action as Forward. Under the Forward To field, which is created when you selected "Forward" as the action, put the telephone number you wish 111 to forward to, such as 8005551212.

Click on Create.
