How do I change my Security PIN?

To change your Security PIN please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your VOIPo vPanel Account Management Tool
2. Click "Features" at the top right of the page below Logout, then Preferences.
3. Click "PIN" in the dark blue bar below the light blue tabs
4. Delete the four (4) digit PIN located to the right of "Security PIN" at the bottom
5. Enter your desired four (4) digit PIN and click "Update" once finished


Your Security PIN has been successfully updated.
