When you don't feel like answering any calls you can enable DND. When enabled, calls will either go straight to your voicemail or phone callers will get a busy signal. To enable the DND feature follow the instructions provided below:
  1. Log in to your VOIPo vPanel Account Management Tool
  2. Click the "Features" tab
  3. Under the subcategory titled "Basic Features" select the drop down menu to the right of "Do Not Disturb" and select either "Busy Signal" or "Voicemail"
  4. When you have your preference selected click "Update" at the bottom
Your DND feature is now enabled. To disable DND, simply repeat steps above and select "Disable" from the drop down menu and then click "Update." If you enable DND, ALL your calls with be routed to voicemail or a busy signal (your choice) unless the caller is specifically on your "whitelist". In addition to having a whitelist of numbers, you can whitelist groups and contacts as well.
