An Update regarding the failure on 6/10

Greetings and salutations, On June 10th, 2025, we experienced a hardware failure that resulted in corruption within our helpdesk database. We've taken steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately, some support tickets and chat log history may have been lost, depending on where the database tables were affected. Tickets are now being processed normally. All email parsing is now active and functioning. We have recovered most of the tickets that were in the database on 6/10/2025. Ticket history is now available via vPanel. ~Daniel C | |
